A nice house in a guarded compound 10 minutes walk to Finn’s beach club and many cool restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and cool upstairs area to watch Netflix and play board games. 5 comfortable bedrooms. Interesting artwork.

The villa is well located within a gated community. The house was spotlessly clean with lots of charm. It was not short of anything. We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay.

We had the most enjoyable stay and experience at Villa Kosy. The villa itself is beautifully set up and decorated. The plan is open especially the courtyard and lounge area with the pool. The living room and bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The bathrooms are big, airy and clean. The pool is beautiful, clean and refreshing. We had such a great time hanging out in the Villa. The tech is great – wifi, music system in both living and pool/lounge areas and easy to manage and use. The Villa has a great collection of music and movies or you can just play your own. The location of the villa in Sanur is great – a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, yoga centres and spas. The staff in the villa are really nice – always available and helpful with a cheerful and positive attitude. They helped with breakfast and keeping the place clean all the time. Suzanne, the property manager is great. She was communicating with us before we got there on things we needed, met us when we arrived, made great recommendations for restaurants, spas and bars. I would highly recommend going with her recommendations – they were spot on. She proactively kept in touch with us throughout our stay. Rene, the host, has really set up a great villa in Sanur. This definitely felt like a Plus experience or better. We would highly recommend this for families and we’d want to come here if we make another trip to Bali.

Villa Kosy is a wonderful place to stay – full of character, excellent quiet location (but a short walk to the main Sanur strip and beach) beautifully furnished with very helpful staff (who ensure a great stay). The pool is a great size and cleaned regularly and there is no shortage of restaurants close by. Being welcomed and fare-welled by Suzanne (property manager) was lovely – she organised onsite massages and hair braiding which was fantastic and even went out and got some pool toys for our kids to use for our stay.

I stayed here with my three sisters for a special trip together. We could not have asked for a better villa – in a fabulous location. Everything we wanted was within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Lovely cafes and restaurants and the beach. If you feel adventurous you can easily walk along the beach to Seminyak. The villa staff were fabulous and supported us with everything. This is a great place for couples, sisters!, and families. I really recommend it.

Rene’s villa is absolutely amazing. This property is never enough, could stay here for couple of years.. easy:) Extremely clean, rooms and beds very comfy and well decorated. Not to mention every rooms huge bathroom. Absolutely loved it! The place is bigger than it shows on the photos and once you are there it just feels like you are in a magazine. Staff is really helpful and really nice, Pendi and his team did an amazing job, Rene’s response was quick and we even had an early check in and late check out without any problem. Overall a real 5 star experience!

“Great place to stay”

This villa was our home for around two weeks. We felt very comfortable in this villa and the staff went above and beyond to help us with our daily needs (thank you to Pendi and his team!) Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Rene was easy to communicate with and was efficient and caring. This villa is also in a very convenient location; walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!

Great place, great location, fantastic for the kids and wonderful staff who would help with anything at a moment’s notice.

This house is really something special – just amazing! the house itself and the interior design is so beautiful! We just loved staying there! If we ever come back to Bali again – Then we must stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious villa in a good location close to beach and restaurants. There were only three of us however this villa could comfortably accommodate 8 as it is laid out very well. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay and all our guest were equally pleased. Great location for a laid back and tranquil holiday. Food was amazing and made staying in so much more enjoyable. Staff went above and beyond, with the kids loving the attention also. In-house massages were a bonus, with the ladies proving just how great their hands were. Kept me carefree and stress-free the night before our wedding. We would definitely recommend it to all – families, groups etc and even hope to come back again.

Fantastic service, fantastic building. The location is remote but if you’re with a big group and want to spend time together it is all you need.

First of all, I have to write about the amazing host Rene because I was on group travel with 10 friends and somehow last minute the villa we had booked was not available for us. So, Rene was so kind to change his Minimum Stay for us and allow us to stay in this amazing brand new 6-bedroom designer villa. The villa is located in the middle of all the good things Canggu has to offer. Every good restaurant, bakery, coffee shop, etc. and of course beautiful Berawa Beach is between 2 – 15 minutes walk from the villa. The villa location is in a 24/7 secured compound at a dead-end street so all super nice, quiet en secluded. The interior design of the villa is just super tasteful… So funny, all my friends wanted to shower in each other’s bathroom because they are all different and stunning! Villa Mosaic is so spacious that we all still had enough privacy if we wanted. The pool is amazing and has a very cool pool bar which is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue… We just stayed there all the time chatting and having our drinks.
The staff team lead by Pendi was superb… Nothing was too much or impossible. We wished we could stay our whole holiday…

Such as a Great place to stay, the place is very clean and brand new! Rene is being a Great Host! All the staff there is very welcoming and good. Very recommended!
